Rusty Farris
Financial Analyst
Rusty has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. Joining Paradigm Group in 2007, Rusty provides financial analysis and client support to Paradigm Group’s clients with over 100 employees. “Paradigm Group works as a team to deliver the resources and support our clients need to operate most efficiently,” says Rusty.
Rusty captures claims experience data from all of our carriers in order to produce informed forecasts for our clients. He identifies trends in medical and pharmaceutical claims and communicates with our employee benefits consulting team to create solutions that enable our clients to optimize their budgets.
Rusty’s professional background includes the role of underwriting manager for the Indiana and Illinois markets at CIGNA Healthcare, where he managed those markets while also providing case-level financial analysis for major accounts.
Rusty received his Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. Rusty volunteers for his child’s sports teams and service opportunities within his community.
