Susan C. Rodriguez, Employee Benefits Consultant

Susan spent eleven years at Prudential Healthcare in the Member Services and Provider Relations departments before joining Paradigm Group in 2000. Most recently, she was Manager of Network Development for middle Tennessee, responsible for contracting with physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers, and for maintaining the provider network. At Paradigm Group her focus is on identifying and developing new client relationships.

David M. Wilbanks, Employee Benefits Consultant

David brings more than nine years group insurance experience to Paradigm Group where he is responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships. Before joining us in 2001, he represented CompDent Dental Plan, HealthNet HMO, and most recently, CIGNA Healthcare. David graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and holds the Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) designation. He is an avid golfer.

Kenneth J. Liberatore, Account Executive

Ken joined Paradigm Group in 1999 with experience as Senior Underwriting Account Manager for CIGNA Healthcare and Director, Information Systems Administration for Healthsource North Texas. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Management of Computer Information Systems and holds an MBA from Tennessee State University. Ken also maintains an active role in his family's retail business. Among his responsibilities are account management, financial analysis, and liaison between clients and their carriers for electronic data transfer and eligibility issues.

Heather L. Griggs, Manager, Client Support

Heather joined Paradigm Group in 1997 after gaining problem-solving and customer service expertise as Member Services Representative for Prudential Healthcare. She also has served on the administrative staff of a large physician practice. In addition to special client projects, Heather's primary responsibilities are managing accounts including contract renewals, seeking resolution to member claims and eligibility issues, facilitating productive communication among parties, and tracking and reporting service trends.

Susanna R. Milner, Client Support Specialist

Susanna adds depth to our HR management expertise and is primarily responsible for small case management and administering health plan premium bills for large accounts. She graduated from College of Charleston with a BA in Corporate Communications and also serves as website administrator. She joined Paradigm Group in 2001 after moving from Dallas where she was Human Resources Coordinator for Network Staffing Services. She also was Benefits Coordinator for Pilot Corporation in Knoxville. Susanna has worked and traveled abroad and has completed the Vancouver Marathon.

Allen Bailey, Account Executive

Bailey joins Paradigm Group with over three years of experience in group insurance underwriting. His most recent position was Senior Underwriter for a large national health insurance carrier with responsibilities for financial management, negotiation and client renewals. Allen will provide renewal analysis, financial reporting and service oversight for Paradigm Group's mid and large clients. Bailey is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Chemistry.

Rachel Love, Client Support Specialist

Love is well-experienced in managing interaction within the health care and insurance industries. At Paradigm Group, she is a liaison between customers, physicians' offices and brokers. She is responsible for solving and tracking claims and eligibility problems.

Rusty Farris, Financial Analyst

Rusty joins Paradigm Group with over 10 years of experience in group insurance underwriting with CIGNA Healthcare. His positions while at Cigna included Underwriting Account Executive, Assistant Regional Director, and Six Sigma Project Manager with responsibilities for financial management, negotiation, and client renewals. Rusty will provide renewal projections, financial reporting, and other client specific experience analysis for Paradigm Group's mid-size and large clients. Rusty is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

Avery Wilson, Benefits Consultant

Avery joins Paradigm with over 10 years of experience in benefits management on the health and welfare side. She’s worked as a Benefits Manager for several large companies in the Nashville area and brings expertise is the areas of vendor management, communications, wellness initiatives and health plan strategic design. Avery holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and is currently working towards her CBP. She is the current President of the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council. Avery acts an outsourced benefits manager and consultant for Paradigm’s clients.

Kellie Conn, SPHR, Director of Human Resources

Kellie is an HR management generalist with more than 14 years experience in healthcare and human resource service organizations. She currently serves as the President of the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management (MT|SHRM). Kellie holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is the founder of the HR Leadership Group, a roundtable discussion group for HR managers and directors of organizations with 200 employees or less. She is a member of the Nashville Area Employers’ Council, the Middle Tennessee HR Executive Forum and served as the Co-Chair of the 2007 Nashville Area HR Excellence Awards. Kellie serves on the board of directors for CASA of Davidson County and The Belcourt Theatre. She received the Human Resource Management Excellence Award for the state of Tennessee in 2004.

Beverly holds a BS in Business Education from Middle Tennessee State University and has more than twenty years experience in general business and benefits administration. Before joining Paradigm Group in 2001, she was Benefits Administrator for The Aerostructures Corporation. Beverly is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and is Vice President of the local ISCEBS chapter. She also has held offices in Toastmasters International and the National Management Association. At Paradigm Group she is responsible for obtaining and analyzing proposals for presentation to clients.

Rose, a graduate of Branell College, has 8 years experience with a national health and life insurer in Customer Service and Marketing, and most recently as PC/LAN Administrator. She also was Network Administrator for a technology consulting firm, providing hardware and software support in client/server networks. She is conversant in web development and design and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
