Commissions
Using insurance company-paid
commissions is an economical, budget-neutral way to access our services and
expertise. Insurance companies pay the cost of marketing their products either
to their own sales forces or to authorized agents - one of the original out-sourcing
arrangements.
When you designate us as
your agent of record, you put our expertise to work for you at no cost, because
whether presented by the company's sales team or by us, the price of the product
is the same.
The difference is selection,
objective decision-making support and service. We scan the marketplace for the
best combination of premium, plan design and vendor ability to meet your company's
objectives. We analyze and compare not only new proposals but also your current
program, and recommend your best choices based on your criteria and our experience.
After you select a program,
we work with you and the vendor to facilitate smooth implementation and administration,
and we remain available to answer your insurance, benefits and human resource
management questions.
Consulting Fees
We also accept assignments on a per hour, per project, or
retainer basis. After an initial assessment, the scope and
cost of services are proposed and agreed upon in writing.
