Robert A. Levy, CEBS, President

Bob has more than twenty years group insurance experience. Before founding Paradigm Group in 1996, he worked for The Prudential's Southeast Operations in the Orlando and Nashville markets, most recently as Director of Marketing for the Nashville Group Office. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from Duke University. Bob holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation and is a past president of the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council.

Susan H. Heard, SPHR, Vice President, Client Support

Susan is a HR management generalist with more than fifteen years experience in healthcare, manufacturing and service organizations. Before joining Paradigm Group in 1997, she was responsible for more than 3000 employees as Vice President, Human Resources, for a regional healthcare provider. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Susan is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is past president of the Middle Tennessee Chapter, Society for Human Resource Management, and serves on the Human Resource Committee for United Way of Greater Nashville.

Edward L. Rittenberg, PAHM, Vice President, Sales

Edward began his insurance career as a Group Sales Representative for Prudential HealthCare. He then built a successful brokerage practice before joining Paradigm Group in 1999. He earned a BS in business from the University of Alabama, and has completed requirements for the designation of Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management. Edward is a member of the 2001-2002 Board of Governors of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Chamber's Executive Board of the Small Business Council. He has held leadership roles in the West Area Business Council and the FastTrac Entrepreneurial Program.
