He is an experienced group insurance underwriter, having been senior underwriter for CIGNA Healthcare, where he was responsible for financial management and contract renewals. Heather Beshore, Associate

Heather joined Paradigm Group in October of 2009. Her role includes investment analysis, sales and marketing support, and compliance management. CoCo Chalfant, Associate

Rusty Farris, Financial Analyst, Employee Benefits

Rusty brought 10 years experience in group insurance underwriting with CIGNA Healthcare when he joined Paradigm Group in 2007. At CIGNA, he was an underwriting account executive, assistant regional director, and Six Sigma project manager. Rusty provides renewal projections, financial reporting, and other client specific analysis for our benefits clients. Leslie Hay, Senior Consultant, Retirement Services

Leslie joined Paradigm Group in November of 2007. Throughout her twenty-year career she has focused on successfully helping clients structure and manage their retirement plans.
